Women in Manufacturing Association Unveils Refreshed Logo to Reflect Growth and the Future of Manufacturing

2026 Refreshed WIM Logo

CLEVELAND, OH, UNITED STATES, April 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Women in Manufacturing Association (WIM) is announcing a refreshed logo and updated visual identity designed to reflect the organization’s continued growth and its role within the evolving manufacturing industry.

The updated design introduces a cleaner, more modern look that emphasizes strength, clarity, and simplicity while maintaining the recognizable color of the WIM brand. The refreshed mark also shortens “Manufacturing” to “MFG,” creating a more streamlined and versatile identity that works well across digital platforms, events, merchandise, and chapter materials.

Another subtle but meaningful update is the evolution of the lowercase “i” in WIM to a capital “I.” This shift strengthens the mark visually while symbolizing growth, confidence, and progress. The design also draws on the idea of inversion—challenging perspectives and encouraging new ways of thinking about opportunity and change.

As part of this broader brand evolution, the WIM Education Foundation and WIM Services logos have also been updated to align with the refreshed identity, creating a more cohesive and unified look across the organization.

“As manufacturing continues to move forward, WIM is evolving alongside the industry,” said Allison Roberts Grealis, founder and president of the Women in Manufacturing Association. “This refreshed logo reflects the energy, innovation, and leadership that define manufacturing today.”

The updated branding will begin rolling out across WIM’s website, social platforms, and digital communications, beginning April 1. WIM chapters will transition to the new branding throughout April and May with support from the national organization.

The Women in Manufacturing Association (WIM) is a global trade association dedicated to supporting, promoting and inspiring women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. WIM encompasses manufacturers of all types and welcomes individuals from every job function from production to the C-suite. Membership is open to anyone working within or with the manufacturing sector who is committed to strengthening the industry and advancing its workforce. Learn more at www.womeninmanufacturing.org.
